Our Efforts to Minimize Period Poverty!

Hi everyone! Today, we discuss our efforts to minimize the issue of period poverty in the city of Dallas and around the world. So far, we have conducted a period poverty project, where we raised $3,450 and donated six months' worth of menstrual products to the 55 homeless women at Dallas LIFE Homeless Recovery Center. We have also fundraised to purchase one year's worth of sanitary pads that we will distribute to young girls in Piura, Peru, during our medical social impact trip this June.
